Refunds

Within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, you can send the goods back to us in order to get the money back. Once the returned item arrives at our warehouse, we will issue a full refund for the returned item using your original payment method. The term for the refund depends on the method of payment and return, but no more than 14 (fourteen) working days from the moment the returned goods arrive at our warehouse.

ELKOR online store reserves the right to refuse to return goods if it is reported or shipped outside the specified period, or if the goods are not in the same condition in which they were received by the buyer. In this case, the goods will be sent back to you.
