This general conditions are in force for orders made in Estonian, English and Russian languages via elkor.ee online shop (hereinafter referred to as – ONLINE SHOP), between a person placing an order (hereinafter referred to as - BUYER), and Lahedate Asjade OÜ (hereinafter referred to as - SELLER).
1.2. DISTANCE AGREEMENT
Distance agreement is an agreement between the BUYER and the seller or service provider, grounding on the seller’s or service provider’s offer via addressed or not addressed printed or standard letter, catalogue, media advertising with an order coupon attached, or telephone, facsimile connection, Internet, electronic mail, television, radio or other ways of information distribution and broadcasting.
1.3. ENTRY INTO FORCE OF DISTANCE AGREEMENT
Distance agreement shall be considered in force as soon as the Buyer has completed an order via Internet, telephone or other means of technology and gave received an order confirmation from the SELLER via e-mail. An order and order confirmation shall be considered delivered as soon as they become accessible for the addressing parties.
1.4. DISTANCE AGREEMENT FULFIMENT TERM
The SELLER undertakes to fulfil the conditions of distance agreement not later than in 30 days after an order from the BUYER was received, providing that no other term was agreed by the parties. If the SELLER is unable to fulfil the agreement due to the lack of product, ordered by the BUYER, then the SELLER shall notify the BUYER thereof. In such case the SELLER could offer a similar product for a similar price to the BUYER, or return monetary funds, paid-up for the ordered product.
If a BUYER has ordered several products and some of them is not available for shipping for unforecastable reasons, an order could be shipped in parts upon BUYER’S request.
If the BUYER wishes to cancel his or her paid-up order, which was not shipped yet, then the BUYER shall contact the SELLER by phone or e-mail with a request to cancel the order and refund money. Money will be refund to the settlement card from which a payment was made.
1.5. RETURN AUTHORIZATION
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law of the Consumer Protection Department of the Republic of Estonia, a consumer is entitled to terminate a distance agreement within 14 calendar days and return purchased products.
Let us remind you that within 24 months after the purchase, a buyer has a legal right to submit an objection regarding the discrepancy of features of provided product.
THE BUYER is not entitled to use the return authorization, if:
an ordered product is not a subject to return due to its features (hygiene items, electric shavers, etc.), if the package was open, or if it is perishable and its best before term has expired;
ordered product is an audio or video recording, or software and the BUYER has opened the product package.
The BUYER is responsible for safety and quality of product within the whole term of return authorization.
1.6. STOCK RETURN PROCEDURE
When the product is being returned, a purchase document shall be provided. The BUYER is entitled to return the product, corresponding to the distance agreement provisions within 14 calendar days. If the BUYER wish to return the product, which is not corresponding to the conditions of distance agreement, then the BUYER shall contact the SELLER by phone or electronic mail. The SELLER shall arrange the return of products with mediation of Omniva pickup stations or Omniva courier service depending on the size of product. The BUYER shall provide the returned product as a complete package.
All the product prices in ONLINE SHOP are being shown in euros Value added tax inclusive. Shipment cost are not included.
ONLINE SHOP BUYERS are provided with a possibility to place an order and conclude a distance agreement in Estonian, English and Russian languages.
2.3. ORDER PROCESSING
The BUYER has a possibility to purchase any product from the ONLINE SHOP by ordering it directly online (elkor.ee), by phone (+372 6346498) or e-mail ([email protected]). To make an online order the BUYER could make a profile and make an order as guest.
Online order procedure:
2.3.1. First order
Choose a product of your desire, read the description and if it is a product you want, click the “Buy” button;
You will see the product you have chosen in your “cart”. You will have options as follows:
to edit the quantity. Enter the necessary number in “Quantity” field;
remove a product added by mistake from your “cart”. Click on “X” to the left from the product image;
return to the product selection. Click “Return to the product choice”;
order the product(-s) you have chosen. Click the “Order processing” button;
If you want to create a profile. Click the “Registration” button. Fill-in a registration form (fields marked with *, are obligatory), click “Next”;
Choose the desired shipping method. Click “Next”;
Choose a payment method. After that click “Next”;
Review and confirmation of your order. You will see information about your order: product(-s) name (-s), quantity, price(-s) net of value added tax, value added tax separately and shipping costs. In “Total payment due” field you will see the cost of your order. You will have the following options to make corrections in your order:
add product(-s) to your order. Click “Change data in shopping cart”;
change the payer’s address, delivery address, shipping method and payment method by clicking “Edit” in particular field on the left side of your screen.
Before processing your purchase, you may write a short comment to your order (“Comment” field). To choose the product(-s) you have chosen, click “Place an order”.
Congratulations! You have made your first order and became a registered ONLINE SHOP user in addition. Letters to confirm your registration and order were sent to the e-mail address you have specified during your e-mail registration.
2.3.2. Registered user
To place an order, you have to log in. Click the “Log in” button in the upper right corner of your screen;
Enter your e-mail address, password and click the “Log in” button;
Follow instructions in subclauses 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7; to the 2.3.1 clause.

2.4. CONCLUDED AGREEMENTS STORAGE CONDITIONS
SELLER is not keeping concluded purchase agreements in the ONLINE SHOP.
2.5. TECHNICAL MEASURES TO DISCOVER AND FIX PREVIOUS DATA BEFORE ORDER PROCESSING
